Just a note to let you know that I have been, and likely will be, incommunicado for a bit. My cold, which started to feel a bit better towards the end of last week, got worse again over the weekend and now I apparently have pneumonia.
I don't really feel good enough to do much of anything, but I am reading your blogs even if I don't feel like commenting. I'm hoping I'll feel at least OK enough to go to my haircut appt this weekend, since it was hard to get in the first place.
But who knows. I'll just do the best I can, and hopefully this won't drag on much longer than necessary.
I promise to be back as soon as I feel like I've returned to the land of the living. :-)

I was thinking about you and hoped you were feeling better, so I'm very sorry to hear about your pneumonia. I had it a few years ago and know how it saps all your strength; even lying on the sofa expends too much energy. I hope you've got all the medications, tea, and rest you need to get over this and feel better very soon.
Feel better soon.
Get well soon!
Sending the healing juju your way! XO
Ugh. That happened to me a couple years ago - a bad cold that morphed into Bronchitis and turned into a month long saga. I kept putting off going to the dr thinking it was just a particularly bad cold... finally Dave made me go... and I'm so glad he did. The meds they gave me made all the difference!
Hope you're feeling better soon!
Oh, no.....I hope you are feeling better soon. Take care.
Pneumonia is awful stuff. I struggled with it several years ago. Rest, rest, rest - is very helpful.
Really sorry Bridget. Feel better fast. xoxo
Sorry to hear this and take good care.
Bridget, I'm terribly sorry! This is happening here in NEO as well. Lots of my husband's coworkers are struggling with a lingering cold, at least one of them has been diagnosed with pneumonia, and Rick is already through one course of antibiotics and in the middle of a Zpac hoping to fend it off. My brother is fighting it as well.
I hope you get well soon.
Oh no! Hope you're feeling better soon.
Bridget
