No Quilts for Me

... at least not right now.  Sigh.

You may remember that I was all excited, having signed up for a Beginning Quilting class at Spool.  It was a five-week course that started on January 10, and I was really looking forward to it.  And I was anxious to report on it here.

Well, as you have probably guessed, Pneumonia = No Quilting Class.  No way could I have made it to the first or even the second class, I was so sick and out of it. And to be honest, even tonight would not have worked out that well, as I'm doing better but not that great.

The good news?  Another session begins February 21.  Let's hope that a) it's not filled up already, and b) that I am so much better by then, there's no question that I can take the class.

If not?  Someone will pay.  Don't say I didn't warn you.

Somehow I think resting and recovering from pneumonia trumps a quilt class. But quilting is pretty amazing. When you recover.

Hmmm. Working on the dissonance between the happy emoticon and the raging clip art. . .

Here's hoping the next class has a spot for you. Happy quilting!

Bridget- You will be better, and you will go to the classes.

You shall go to the ball!

How go the lungs? I have had pneumonia twice. I live in dread that it will return.
