For your Black Friday breakfast, may I offer the following:1) Melt butter in pan until bubbly;2) Add copious amount of leftover stuffing to pan;3) Whilst stuffing fries itself into crispy oblivion, prepare one egg to your liking (may I suggest over easy?);4) Slide crispy stuffing on to a plate of your choosing and top with egg.5) Devour in front of television, preferably whilst watching Springer. :-)In place of juice, I can highly recommend a side of the cranberry sauce, especially if it's from the can. Oh happy morning!
