Guilty as Charged

This week's Ten on Tuesday:

10 Guilty Pleasures

(As if!)

Anyhow, let's see what pops into the old brain ...

1.  Baked goods.  Almost any kind, anytime, anywhere.

2.  Cheese puffs.

3.  Fritos.

4.  Getting a package in the mail - pretty much doesn't even matter what's in it.

5.  Rita Mae and Sneaky Pie Brown mysteries.

6.  Cookbooks.

7.  Knitting pattern books.

8.  Calendars/stationery.

9.  Makeup.

10.  Shoes.

I will admit that the main reason that most of these are "guilty" pleasures is because I can get carried away with them!

I'll force myself to enjoy a Haas scone for you today - it will be such a hardship!

I wouldn't feel guilty about any of those things --- and you shouldn't either. You, as a woman, are worth it.

I guess what I meant was that you shouldn't have to feel guilty over things that make you happy.

Great list! Do you have any signed copies of Rita Mae's adventures?

As if, indeed! Why feel guilty about doing what we love?!

Oh, now I have a craving for Fritos, and it's only 8am. I'm with you on the makeup...yes, there is joy to be found in a tube of lipstick.
