Hug your loved ones, furry and otherwise.

Dear Bridget, I am not on Facebook or Instagram, but I don't need to know how/what-- it is enough to know that Hamlet is no longer with you and I am so very sorry. I always loved seeing pictures of him when you would share them. Our animal companions are the best-- and what a hole they leave in our lives when they die. Sending you lots of good thoughts and virtual hugs

I am devastated to read this. How lucky he was to have found you at the end of his journey. Taking care of a senior dog is never easy and there must be a special place in heaven for those of us who do it with the love and tenderness they deserve. May his memory always be a blessing.
May his happy, silly, loving memories be with you always. Rest easy, Hamlet.
